Furniture, fixtures and equipment are specified to the design, sourced from suppliers we trust, and ordered and tracked through to delivery where this forms part of the agreed scope.

Licence to Alter Information Coordination
Many London flats require the freeholder's consent before alterations begin. We prepare and coordinate the interior-design information that the client's solicitor and the freeholder's advisers ask to see.

Design Observation and Contractor Coordination
During works we visit site to observe that the design is being realised as intended, answer queries and keep the contractor and specialists working from the same information. This is design observation within our agreed scope, not construction supervision.
One coordinated project team
A turnkey project depends on design, technical, legal, construction, lighting and technology decisions working together. We work alongside the client's own advisers or introduce carefully selected, highly experienced UK specialists, and coordinate their input around the agreed interior-design vision.
These professionals are independent. They are not employees of the studio, and each remains responsible for their own professional services, advice and insurances.

What the studio does and does not provide
Maria Morgan Design Studio provides interior design, design observation and design coordination within a scope agreed with each client. We do not provide architectural, structural engineering, surveying or legal services, building control, statutory certification or construction supervision. Where a project needs them, they are carried out by the appropriate independent professionals.
